assist用作及物動詞時其后可跟簡單賓語或以動詞不定式充當(dāng)補(bǔ)足語的復(fù)合賓語; assist也可用作不及物動詞。

習(xí)語assist at源于法語,近代英語中用得較少,多代之以be present at。

assist有時也可用作名詞,意思與用作動詞時相同。
