精子活力不足

Asthenospermia is one of the familiar causes of male infertility. 弱精子癥是引起男性不育的常見病因之一。

Objective: To study the expression of AKAP82 which was one of A-kinase anchor proteins in sperm in asthenospermia. 目的:通過測定弱精子癥患者精子A激酶錨定蛋白AKAP82,了解其AKAP82表達是否異常。

Objective: To study the imprinting status of H19 in oligospermia and asthenospermia and to investigate the correlation between H19 and spermatogenesiss disturbance. 目的:通過研究印跡基因H19在少弱精子癥中的印跡狀態(tài),探討H19與精子發(fā)生障礙的相關(guān)性。
