結(jié)腸鏡檢查

Objective To investigate the clinical practice value of colonscopy examing the terminal ileum. 目的探討結(jié)腸鏡診斷回腸末端病變的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Panendoscopy, colonscopy, superior and inferior mesenteric arterial angiography revealed negative findings. 上、下消化道內(nèi)視鏡及上、下腸系膜血管攝影均未發(fā)現(xiàn)出血點(diǎn)。

Objective To study the clinical value of colonscopy in diagnosis of colorectal tumuor and the value of colonscopic polypectomy in reducing the incidence of colorectal cancer. 目的評(píng)價(jià)全結(jié)腸鏡對(duì)大腸腺瘤性息肉及大腸癌的診斷價(jià)值以及大腸腺瘤性息肉摘除術(shù)對(duì)預(yù)防大腸癌發(fā)生的作用。
