Taking Zhejiang as an example, this article analyzes the limitation of likin collecting mechanism. 摘要文章以浙江為個案，分析了以定額制為核心的征收機制在厘金征收中的局限。
Jiangsu was the first province which adpoted the Likin System and its Likin System was the mostly developed. 江蘇是最先普行厘金制度的省份，其厘金制度發(fā)展得又最為完善；
Thus, the relationship between the Likin System and the commodity market in Jiangsu is the most close and distinct. 因此江蘇厘的金制度與商品市場的相互關(guān)聯(lián)應(yīng)最為密切和明顯。
The problems laid in that Likin had bad effect on national economyand people's life, in spite of the government's efforts to correct. 研究了厘金這一秕政對國家經(jīng)濟、人民生活等方面帶來的諸多弊端,以及南京國民政府成立之前,清政府為裁撤厘所做出的不懈努力,但是由于種種原因,都未實現(xiàn)。
