Objective:To analyze and discuss the methods of diagnosis and therapy on trauma hemopneumothorax and its combined symptoms. 目的:總結(jié)外傷性血?dú)庑丶捌浜喜Y的診斷、治療經(jīng)驗(yàn),以提高對該病的認(rèn)識(shí)。

Objective: To discuss the mutual influence of cerebral trauma and its combined delayed hemopneumothorax and their diagnosis and treatment. 目的:探討顱腦外傷合并遲發(fā)性血?dú)庑氐南嗷ビ绊懠霸\治方法。

There were 43 emergency patientsof compound injury including hemopneumothorax fracture,organs damage. 3 patients of oththalmectonmy at side,I patient of permanent blind at side. 伴有復(fù)合傷者43人,包括血?dú)庑亍⑺闹钦邸⒏骨粌?nèi)臟傷等需要急診搶救,另有3人一側(cè)眼球摘除,1人一側(cè)眼球永久性失明。

Results 305 patient underwent VATS procedures.The overall incidence of perioperative complications (hemopneumothorax: 3 cases) was 0.98% (3/305), and no patient died during the operation. 結(jié)果305例患者均痊愈出院，圍手術(shù)期死亡率為0，并發(fā)癥（血胸3例）發(fā)生率為0.
