Methods 36 cases of mediastinal neoplasms were conducted excions of parasternal and vertebral column microtubule cut. 方法采用胸骨旁及脊柱旁縱行切口胸膜外切除前、后縱隔腫瘤36例。

The size of VSD, distance from VSD to aortic valve(AOV) and to tricuspid valve(TV),and color width of VSD shunt were measured on unconventional parasternal long axis of left ventricle, short axis of arota and parasternal five chamber views. 采用非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)左室長軸、大血管短軸及五腔心切面 ,術(shù)前測量 VSD的大小、離主動(dòng)脈瓣、三尖瓣的距離以及彩色分流的寬度 ,術(shù)中指導(dǎo)釋放封堵器。
Access was through a left anterior minithoracotomy incision in 11 patients,through a right anterior minithoracotomy incision in 1 patient and through a left parasternal incision in 1 patient. 左乳內(nèi)動(dòng)脈與前降支單支移植11例,右乳內(nèi)動(dòng)脈與右冠狀動(dòng)脈單支移植1例,左乳內(nèi)動(dòng)脈與前降支移植合并大隱靜脈與對角支及鈍緣支搭蛇形橋1例。
