We report a right scrotal abscess due to a preceding retroperitoneal abscess originating from retrocecal appendicitis. 本文中報(bào)告一位由后腸壁闌尾炎并后腹腔膿瘍所造成的陰囊膿瘍。
Aim: To ananlyze the diagnostic value and imaging feature of sonography in retrocecal appendicitis. 摘要目的：探討超聲檢查對(duì)盲腸后位闌尾炎的診斷價(jià)值及其聲像特征。
We report a child of elongated retrocecal appendicitis who presented with abdominal pain over the right upper quadrant and circular skin erythema over the right flank. 摘要我們報(bào)告一位長(zhǎng)條形急性盲腸后位型闌尾炎的病童，他的腹痛位于不典型的右上腹部且合并有右腰部紅班。
Conclusion: Sonography has a higher accuracy in the diagnosis of retrocecal appendicitis.For the patient with atypical appendicitis symptom, sonography should be made. 結(jié)論：超聲對(duì)盲腸后位闌尾炎有較高的檢出率，對(duì)于癥狀不典型，臨床疑診闌尾炎的患者應(yīng)及時(shí)行超聲檢查。
