Article 1 The present measures are formulated with a view to regulating family fosterage affairs. 第一條為了規(guī)范家庭寄養(yǎng)工作，制定本辦法。

Family fosterage shall not be arranged for the seriously handicapped children who need long-term technical attendance. 需要長期依靠技術(shù)性照料的重度殘疾兒童，不宜安排家庭寄養(yǎng)。
