Objective:To investigate the feasibility of Selsctive cricothyroid laryngotomy instead of incision of trachea. 目的:環(huán)甲膜切開選擇性代替氣管切開的可行性。

Methods: 251 cases performed cricothyroid largngotomy instead of incision of trachea. 方法:251例需行氣管切開用環(huán)甲膜切開代替。

Conclusion:Cricothyroid laryngotomy is rapid,less hemorrhase,precige,precise.The technique should be recommeded. 結(jié)論:環(huán)甲膜切開速度快,出血少,定位準確,可長期戴管,在有適應(yīng)證的情況可在臨床推廣。
