Based on some calculated borate systems involving BBO crystal,the applications of CALPHAD technique in the crystal growth of BBO is presented. 本文基于所計(jì)算的部分含BBO晶體的硼酸鹽體系 ,研究了相圖計(jì)算CALPHAD技術(shù)在BBO晶體生長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中的一些應(yīng)用。
