Prulifloxacin, a new prodrug of ulifloxacin, is a broad-spectrum oral fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent. 普利沙星是新口服的氟喹諾酮類抗菌藥。

After absorption, prulifloxacin is metabolised by esterases to ulifloxacin, which inhibits the formation of superhelix, cell division and reproduction by interfering the DNA toposomerase. 本品為前體藥,其活性代謝產(chǎn)物通過阻礙DNA拓撲異構酶使細菌DNA無法形成超螺旋,導致細菌細胞無法分裂繁殖。
