OBJECTIVE To develop HPLC and nonaqueous acid-base titration for the determination of nifekalant hydrochloride and its related substances for quality control. 目的分別用HPLC和非水酸堿滴定法建立起鹽酸尼非卡蘭有關(guān)物質(zhì)檢查及含量測(cè)定的方法,為原料的質(zhì)量控制提供有效的分析方法。
