The paper proposes a kind of method to produce jelly-sweets with elephant taro powder, carrageenan, and Xanthan as mixe jellification agents by their synergism. 提出以魔芋精粉及鹿角菜膠、漢生膠復(fù)配生產(chǎn)水晶軟糖的方法。由于復(fù)配膠中分子間的協(xié)同增效作用,使得凝膠軟糖的制備更為方便、廉價。
