Method 180 cases of primipara with single fetus, head presentation and full-term pregnancy were into this study. 方法將180例單胎、頭位、足月妊娠初產(chǎn)婦隨機(jī)分成2組:水囊組110例,催產(chǎn)素組70例,觀察比較其臨床效果。
