Objective To study the clinical evaluation of quantitative HLA-B27 detection by flow cytometry (FCM) for diagnosing ankylostomiasis (AS). 目的通過流式細胞術(FCM)定量測定T細胞上人類白細胞抗原(HLA)B27熒光強度,研究其對強直性脊柱炎(AS)的診斷價值。
