Objective To prepare non traumatic animal model of rabbit anthracosis for exploring its pathogenesis. 目的通過本試驗為煤塵肺的發(fā)病機理研究、治療提供無損傷的大白兔煤塵肺動物模型。

Anthracosis is nothing more than accumulation of carbon pigment from breathing dirty air.Smokers have the most pronounced anthracosis. 由于呼吸污染空氣導(dǎo)致的碳末沉著癥并不多見，吸煙會引起更明顯的碳末沉著癥。

CONCLUSION: The volume of lung located under heart at prone position is obviously decreased, which could greatly improve the gas exchange of lung in patients with anthracosis. 結(jié)論：俯臥位時位于心臟下方的肺組織明顯減少，可顯著改善人體的肺換氣功能。
