Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of antiarrhythmics for prevention of recurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF). 目的評價不同抗心律失常藥物在預防陣發(fā)性房顫復發(fā)中的療效及安全性。

Most follow-up visits include periodic ECG monitoring (especially when taking antiarrhythmics) and Holter monitoring to assess asymptomatic paroxysms and adequate rate control. 大多數(shù)隨訪都包括周期ECG監(jiān)控（尤其是在進行抗心律不齊治療期間）和對無癥狀發(fā)作進行評估的動態(tài)心電圖監(jiān)控以及適當心律控制。
