Methods:Induction regiment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) consisted of mitoxantrone and cytosine arabinoside (Ara C). 方法 :急性髓細(xì)胞白血病 ( AML)誘導(dǎo)治療采用 MTZ和阿糖胞苷 ( Ara-C)。

OBJECTIVE To study the potentiation of antitumor effect induced by cytosine arabinoside (AraC) with (-) epigallocatechin 3 gallate (EGCG). 目的 :研究表沒食子兒茶素沒食子酸酯 (EGCG)增強阿糖胞苷 (AraC)對人白血病HL 6 0細(xì)胞的抗腫瘤活性。

OBJECTIVE: To develop a method for the determination of Cytarabine (AraC) and its metabolite (uracil arabinoside, Ara-U) in plasma of AML patients. 目的：建立測定阿糖胞苷（Ara－C）及其代謝產(chǎn)物阿糖尿苷（Ara－U）血藥濃度的方法，并用于5例急性髓細(xì)胞白血病（AML）患者血藥濃度監(jiān)測。

Results:It is a convenient method to acquire a great number of highly purified Schwann cells by enzymolysis ,and fibroblastic cells were removed by using cytosine arabinoside . 結(jié)果：酶消化法培養(yǎng)SC方法簡便，可去除大部分成纖維細(xì)胞（FB），再用Ara-c純化SC，獲得的SC數(shù)量多，純度高。
