每天一個(gè)雞蛋想必是很多小伙伴們必備的營(yíng)養(yǎng)早餐之一,那么“煮蛋”,“炒蛋”還有“蛋白”,“蛋黃”等都該怎么用英語(yǔ)表達(dá)呢?

首先我們來(lái)認(rèn)識(shí)一下雞蛋的各個(gè)部分
Eggshell 蛋殼
eggshell (noun):
the thin, hard,
outer layer of an egg.
薄而硬的雞蛋外層
例:
I
peeled the eggshell from the hard-boiled egg.
我把煮熟的雞蛋剝了殼。
Yolk /j??k/ 蛋黃
yolk (noun):
the
round yellow part in the
middle of an egg.
雞蛋中間圓形的黃色部分
例::
I like my eggs
lightly cooked so that the yolk is
still runny.
我喜歡不把雞蛋熟透,這樣蛋黃就還是稀的。

Notice how the L is
silent in the word yolk 注意在單詞“yolk”中L是不發(fā)音的)
Egg
white 蛋白
egg white (noun):
the
clear liquid of an egg. When it is cooked, it
turns white.
雞蛋的透明液體部分。煮熟后變成白色。
例:
Meringue is a
sweet ingredient made from
whipped egg white and
sugar.
蛋白霜是一種由攪打過(guò)的蛋白和糖制成的甜味配料。

Hard-boiled 煮雞蛋(老的)
hard-boiled (
adjective):
to boil an egg
until the egg white and the yolk
become solid.
煮一個(gè)雞蛋,直到蛋清和蛋黃變成固體
例:
I made some hard-boiled eggs for our
picnic.
我為我們的野餐做了一些煮雞蛋。
Scrambled eggs 炒雞蛋
scrambled egg(s) (noun):
a dish
prepared by
mixing the white and yellow
parts of an egg
together while heating them.
把雞蛋的白色和黃色部分混合在一起加熱而成的菜
如果想要炒的較軟一些就是soft scrambled eggs,熟透的就是hard scrambled eggs
例:
I
usually have scrambled eggs and
bacon for
breakfast on Sundays.
星期天我早餐通常吃炒蛋和熏肉
