idea的基本意思是“想法,主意”,用作可數(shù)名詞。idea也可用于學(xué)術(shù)方面,指“思想”“概念”。idea還可作“知道,了解”解。用于后兩項(xiàng)意思時(shí),既可用作不可數(shù)名詞,也可用作可數(shù)名詞。

idea后常接介詞“of+名詞、代詞、動(dòng)名詞或疑問(wèn)詞從句”作定語(yǔ),也可直接接that從句作定語(yǔ)。
