Objective To investigate the etiology, manifestations and treatment of glaucoma secondary to chalasia and/or dialysis of the lens zonular fiber. 摘要目的探討晶狀體懸韌帶松弛及部分?jǐn)嗔牙^發(fā)青光眼的臨床特點(diǎn)及治療方法。

Methods We studied 23 cases which suffered glaucoma secondary to chalasia and/or dialysis of the lens zonular fiber and received lens extraction retrospectively. 方法回顧性分析晶狀體懸韌帶松弛及部分?jǐn)嗔牙^發(fā)青光眼實(shí)施晶狀體摘除手術(shù)的患者23例23眼。

Good surgical outcomes can be abtained via different types of operations according to different situations of zonular fiber. 根據(jù)懸韌帶松弛、斷裂的程度和玻璃體狀態(tài)選擇不同的手術(shù)方式，可以獲得良好療效。

Results Detachment of suspended zonular ligament, rupture of posterior capsule and vitreous prolapse are the main factors influencing IOL implantation during cataract surgery. 結(jié)果白內(nèi)障手術(shù)影響I期人工晶狀體植入的主要原因?yàn)榫铙w懸韌帶斷離、晶狀體后囊膜破裂、玻璃體脫出。
