The test shows that turning technology is a valid method for machining micro-shafts of duralumin alloy,but some few problems need furthering investigation. 試驗結(jié)果表明,應(yīng)用車削技術(shù)加工硬鋁材料的微小型軸類零件是一種有效的辦法,但還有一些問題值得研究。

On the basis of the analysis of cold extrusion process for the duralumin drive wheel,the scheme,the drawing and the blank dimension of cold extrusion were worked out. 對硬鋁主動輪的冷擠壓工藝進(jìn)行分析,確定了冷擠壓零件圖和冷擠壓方案及毛坯尺寸,對零件冷擠壓的變形程度進(jìn)行了校核,計算了擠壓噸位,擬定了擠壓前的毛坯處理規(guī)范,并對模具結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了介紹。
