Based on erythrocytes senile model in vivo, which developed by using antibody to induce acute homolysis of RBC, the authurs studied the change of osmotic fragility oferythrocytes. 作者在用抗體誘發(fā)紅細(xì)胞溶血法律立的紅細(xì)胞在體衰老模型的基礎(chǔ)上，研究了紅細(xì)胞衰老過程中滲透脆性的變化。
