Objective To provide a rationale of safe pharmacotherapeutics by analyzing the incidence of adverse drug reactions(ADR). 目的分析我院藥物不良反應(yīng)(ADR)的發(fā)生情況及其給患者造成的危害,為提高合理用藥水平提供參考。
