This paper researches on Guangxi eurhythmics and gymnastics athletes' athletic wound. 本文對(duì)廣西優(yōu)秀藝術(shù)體操及體操運(yùn)動(dòng)員的運(yùn)動(dòng)性損傷情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析。

Through the research of 21 athletes of the national eurhythmics team,we find that the main easy-injured parts are waist and ankle. 對(duì)國(guó)家藝術(shù)體操集訓(xùn)隊(duì)21名運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)藝術(shù)體操運(yùn)動(dòng)員主要損傷部位集中發(fā)生于腰部和踝部。

Difficulty is the main body of technical value and improve the quality of difficulty will inevitably be the development trend of eurhythmics in the future . 難度是藝術(shù)體操技術(shù)價(jià)值的主體,提高難度動(dòng)作的質(zhì)量將成為今后藝術(shù)體操發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。

The result also indicated that the eurhythmics exercise can make the fat of body decrease, increase the lean body mass and the lower limb flexibility, and control group isn＇ t obviously change. 行走時(shí)，步寬較大，身體重心左右偏移的幅度相對(duì)較大。通過(guò)練習(xí)，學(xué)生的三圍較實(shí)驗(yàn)前更接近標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，身材更加健美；
