Mild cardiomegaly is common in athletes. 輕微的心臟擴大在運動員中相當普遍。

Cardiomegaly can be detected by physical examination and by a chest rediograph. 心臟肥大能用物理檢查及胸部透視查出。

Methods:From October 1997 to January 2000, 65 patients with cardiomegaly received heart valve replacement operations. 方法：按心腔擴大的程度不同，將1997年10月至2000年6月65例巨大心臟瓣膜病的患者分成左房型(30例)、左室型(30例)和全心型(5例)。

On the 56th day of admission, tachycardia, thrombocytopenia and cardiomegaly were noted. 在住院五十六天時，發(fā)現(xiàn)有心跳過速，血小板過低及心臟擴大。

At OPA , CXR showed cardiomegaly and ECG showed ischemia change were noted . so she was admitted to our general ward for further mangement. 在門診，胸部X光檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)有心臟擴大，同時心電圖也出現(xiàn)缺血性的變化，所以她被安排住進一般病房，以便做一步的處置。
