The West Nile virus is an RNA flavivirus of the Japanese encephalitis subgroup. 西尼羅河病毒是日本腦炎病毒亞組的一種RNA黃病毒。

Dengue virus is a single-stranded positive sense RNA flavivirus that is transmitted by mosquito to human host. 登革病毒在分類上屬于黃質(zhì)病毒科，基因體為單股正向RNA，其感染途徑主要經(jīng)由蚊子叮咬而傳播到人類宿主。

The results were all negative when used to detect other flavivirus including the yellow fever virus, dengue virus type 1, 2, 3 and 4, Japanese encephalitis virus, West Nile virus. 作為對照的黃熱病毒疫苗株17D、登革1~4型病毒、日本腦炎病毒、西尼羅病毒Chin-01株結(jié)果均為陰性,證明該體系具有良好的特異性。

Objective:To establish a high throughput DNA microarray method for rapidly screening human viral pathogens,and to verify its effectiveness by detecting Flavivirus. 目的:制備人類致病病毒屬水平高通量篩查用基因芯片,并通過檢測黃病毒屬病毒初步驗(yàn)證其篩查效果。
