The development of modified starch has experienced threephases: the amylolysis phase, the starch derivatives phase andthe current grafted starch phase. 變性淀粉的發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了分解淀粉階段、淀粉衍生物階段到目前的接枝淀粉研究階段。

Test result indicate that the conclusion that geothermal water have different degree to promote funcion of amylolysis, alcohol fermentation and acetic acid fermention. 實驗結(jié)果表明：地?zé)崴畬μ腔⒕凭l(fā)酵和醋酸發(fā)酵都有不同程度的促進作用。
