Vietnamese jurists don't general recognize the doctrines of lis alibi pendens and forum non conveniens. 未決訴訟案件原則和不方便法院原則并沒(méi)有得到越南法學(xué)家們的廣泛承認(rèn)。

The “parallel litigation” refers to the actions filed by the same parties for a same object in two or more countries or regions, and it is also called “l(fā)is alibi pendens”. 平行訴訟，是指相同當(dāng)事人之間就同一標(biāo)的在兩個(gè)或兩個(gè)以上國(guó)家或地區(qū)的法院進(jìn)行訴訟，也稱“一事兩訴”。
