Methods The results of echcandiograpy for 23 cases of ruptured aortic sinus aneurysm with anisotrophy were compqred with the findings in operation. 方法回顧分析23例主動脈竇瘤破裂合并畸形的超聲心動圖特征,比較超聲心動圖與手術(shù)診斷結(jié)果。

Objective To enhangce the positive rate of diagnosis of ruptured aortic sinus aneurysm with anisotrophy by echocardiograph and to explore the factors resulted in missed diangnosis. 目的評價超聲心動圖對主動脈竇瘤破裂合并畸形的診斷價值,探討漏診原因,以提高診斷陽性率。
