Objective To invastigat the use of laparoscopic appendicectomy by three hole method. 目的探討三孔法腹腔鏡闌尾切除術(shù)的應(yīng)用。

RESULTS: Seventy-four patients underwent appendicectomy, of which 59 were histologically confirmed. 鉛中毒會(huì)有腹脹、腹痛的臨床表現(xiàn)。

Conclusions:Laparoscopic appendicectomy has the merit of minor wound and fast return to normal,avoids some complication due to open operation. 結(jié)論：電視腹腔鏡闌尾切除具有損傷小，痛苦輕，恢復(fù)快的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，避免了剖腹手術(shù)帶來的并發(fā)癥。

Methods From September 1998 to now 898 patients perfomed by laparoscopic appendicectomy of none metal clip and three hole method were observed. 方法對(duì)1998年9月以來行三孔法電視腹腔鏡闌尾切除術(shù)898例進(jìn)行的臨床觀察。

Methods:There were two groups in grass-roots hospital patients with laparoscopic appendicectomy to control study.There were 89 cases in each group. 方法:把須行腹腔鏡闌尾切除術(shù)的患者按入院先后順序分為兩組進(jìn)行對(duì)照研究,對(duì)照組89例實(shí)施傳統(tǒng)的治療和護(hù)理,研究組89例實(shí)施臨床護(hù)理路徑。
