As soon as a GIC is established in accordance with the law, it shall be legally binding on the parties.The assuror shall bear its liability of compensation in accordance with the terms of the GIC. 保證保險(xiǎn)合同一經(jīng)依法成立，即具有法律效力，保險(xiǎn)人應(yīng)依照保證保險(xiǎn)合同的約定承擔(dān)賠償責(zé)任。
