無癥狀地
There are quite a number of asymptomatically infected in the population, and they may discharge hepatitis A virus at certain times and under certain conditions. 無癥狀感染者在人群中為數(shù)不少，在一定時期和條件下也可排出甲肝病毒，但此時帶毒者常活動自如，不易管理，因而作為傳染源有重要意義。
