AESC dose-dependently antagonized audiogenic seizure (AS) (ED 50 =103.05 mg/kg),maximal electroshock seizure (MES) (ED 50 =123.83 mg/kg) and metrazol seizure test (MET) (ED 50 =132.01 mg/kg).
