Original strain, Corynebacterium glutamicum AS1542, was mutanted by DES and UV. protoplast irradiation. Finally, a higher L-tryptophan producing strain,T11-6 was obtained. It was a double auxotroph of phenylalanine and tyrosine. 以谷氨酸棒桿菌AS1542為出發(fā)菌株,經(jīng)過硫酸二乙酯誘變和紫外原生質(zhì)體誘變,定向選育出一株穩(wěn)定的色氨酸生產(chǎn)菌T11-6,該菌株具有苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸雙重營養(yǎng)缺陷及對氟苯丙氨酸、5-甲基色氨酸、6-氟色氨酸三種結(jié)構(gòu)類似物抗性遺傳標(biāo)記。
