comment指“對。。。評論”時，作不及物動詞，后面跟on或者upon；

comment指“評論”作及物動詞，后面跟that從句。 She commented that she was happy to be a guest in their country.

comment作名詞時，可以是抽象名詞，如Comment is needless，也可以作類名詞，如He made a comment on her essay。

comment的基本意思是“發(fā)表意見,提出看法”,一般是指有一定權(quán)威的人對某事或某人發(fā)表看法。

comment一般用作不及物動詞,后面常接介詞on或upon,表示“就(某人〔某事〕)發(fā)表看法,評論(某人等)”, comment也可用作及物動詞,這時后跟that從句。

comment可用于被動結(jié)構(gòu)。
