Last
month, I
began my
internship as an
English teacher, I got so many
challenges, it was so hard for me, but at last, I got over them all.
Being a
teacher is like the
turning point of my life,
because I find what I want to do in the
future, I
learn a lot, I can use
these experiences to
solve my
future problem.上個(gè)月，我開始了我作為英語教師的實(shí)習(xí)，我遇到了很多挑戰(zhàn)，那對(duì)于我來說很難，但是最終，我全部克服了。成為一名教師是我人生中的轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)，因?yàn)槲艺业搅俗约簩硐胱龅模覍W(xué)到了很多，我可以使用這些經(jīng)歷來解決我將來的問題。
My
experience which I
learn from my
internship is very
precious, the
first things:所有物；用具；情況" target="_blank">thing
impresses me is to
respect students. As for
teachers, they are
elder than the
students, it is
reasonable for the
students to
respect the
teachers, but
sometimes the
teachers forget to
respect the
students. When the
teachers respect the
students can the
students listen to the
teachers, thus the
students will
respect the
teacher for
their hearts.我在實(shí)習(xí)期間學(xué)到的經(jīng)驗(yàn)是很寶貴的，第一件事讓我印象深刻的就是尊敬學(xué)生。對(duì)于老師來說，他們比學(xué)生年長(zhǎng)，理所當(dāng)然學(xué)生要尊重他們，但是有時(shí)候老師忘記了要去尊重學(xué)生。只有當(dāng)老師尊重學(xué)生才能讓學(xué)生聽老師的話，這樣學(xué)生才會(huì)從心底上尊重老師。

student according to
their lever.
Teachers are easy to let the
students follow them all the time, but the fact is that many
students can’t
understand what the
teachers say, the
teachers should pay
attention to the
students’
feelings and
adjust their plans.我在實(shí)習(xí)期學(xué)到的第二件事情就是因材施教。老師很容易讓學(xué)生總是跟著他們，但是事實(shí)上，很多學(xué)生無法理解教師所說的，教師應(yīng)該關(guān)注學(xué)生的感覺，調(diào)整他們的方案。
These two
things I
learn from my
internship are very
useful for me to be a
teacher.這兩樣我從實(shí)習(xí)期上學(xué)到東西對(duì)我成為一名教師非常有用。
