distribute的基本意思是“分散,分發(fā),分類”,指將某物分成數(shù)份并配給適當(dāng)?shù)娜嘶騿挝?也可指將其均衡地分散在某一地區(qū)。其賓語一般為復(fù)數(shù)名詞或代詞,謂語動(dòng)詞可用主動(dòng)式,但更多的是用被動(dòng)式。賓語后常可根據(jù)句意而搭用介詞to或among,不論用to或among,分發(fā)對(duì)象都不能是某一個(gè)人而應(yīng)是一批人。
distribute作“散播”解時(shí),后可接seed等作賓語。
