mention只有及物動(dòng)詞的用法，后面不可以接介詞；
mention后面也不可以接不定式，但可以接動(dòng)名詞和that引導(dǎo)的從句。 He mentions hearing from her often.他提到經(jīng)常有她的信兒。
因?yàn)閙ention既是名詞也是動(dòng)詞，所以在表示“值得一提”時(shí)，短語(yǔ)worth mention和worth mentioning都正確。
