As the
contemporary society develops dramatically, a
worrying problem has
sprung up that the
degree of
trust among individuals has
decreased. For
example, when we meet a man
begging for
money due to his
handicapped leg in the
street, we are
considering whether he is
cheating us. Plus, in the
business circle, we
consumers couldn't
easily believe what the
merchant has
guaranteed. All
these problems mentioned above are
reduced to
adverse consequences.
Especially, in the
corporate world exists the
prevalence of
dishonesty.
Influenced by
these phenomena, we,
invariably,
become increasing cautious about other’s
guarantee, even a
piece of word. Thus, this
trend does much harm to the
commodity economy. The
underlying reason for
these phenomena is that
current people fail to
trust each
other, so
keeping trust counts most,
because the
foundation of any
relationship,
whether it be with a
business associate,
spouse,
parent,
client or,
friend, is
trust.
Trust is not
something that can be
built with
quick fix
techniques.
Rather, it is
something that is
cultivated through consistent habits in
personal interactions.
隨著當(dāng)代社會(huì)的急劇發(fā)展，一個(gè)令人擔(dān)憂的問題出現(xiàn)了，個(gè)人之間的信任度下降了。例如，當(dāng)我們遇到一個(gè)在街上乞討的乞丐，我們正在考慮他是否在欺騙我們。再加上，在商業(yè)圈，我們的消費(fèi)者不能輕易相信商家的保證。以上所提到的這些問題都是減少了不良后果的。特別是在企業(yè)世界中，不誠實(shí)的普遍存在。受這些現(xiàn)象的影響，我們總是對(duì)別人的保證變得越來越謹(jǐn)慎，甚至是一個(gè)詞。因此，這一趨勢(shì)對(duì)商品經(jīng)濟(jì)有很大的危害性。這些現(xiàn)象背后的原因是，當(dāng)前人們不信任對(duì)方，所以信任保持計(jì)數(shù)最，因?yàn)樾湃蔚幕A(chǔ)上的任何關(guān)系，無論是生意上的伙伴，配偶，父母，客戶或，朋友，。信任不是一件可以用快速修補(bǔ)技術(shù)建造的東西。相反，它是通過在個(gè)人交往中的一貫習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成的。
